Do you dream of a breath of fresh air near Kraków without a long journey? Ojcow National Park is the perfect spot — close, picturesque and full of curiosities. I offer trips tailored to company needs: from short team-building walks to longer, relaxed tours for groups that want to combine history, nature and good fun.
This offer is great for teams looking for an alternative to conference rooms: nature, shared exploration of rock formations and castles, and stories told with humor and passion help groups bond faster than many workshops. I plan the route and pace so everyone feels comfortable — from active participants to those who prefer a gentler tempo.
As a licensed guide for Kraków, I have led thousands of visitors — I combine solid knowledge with stories and anecdotes that make a walk a pleasure, not a lecture. I will adapt the program to your expectations: nature-focused, historical, family-friendly or strictly team-building.
In the sections below you will find what we will see, a sample company program, logistics, approximate prices and practical tips — everything so you can quickly decide and plan the trip.
If you want to book a date right away — it's best to write to kontakt@zwiedzaniekrakowa.com or call +48 501 962 037. We'll discuss details and choose a route that fits your needs.
Ojcow National Park is the smallest national park in Poland, covering an area of scenic valleys of the Kraków–Częstochowa Upland. On the route we usually visit several of the site's icons:
- Łokietek's Cave (Grota Łokietka) — a place linked to the legend of Władysław Łokietek that always sparks listeners' interest.
- Kraków Gate (Brama Krakowska) — a distinctive, impressive rock formation, great for photos and a short geology talk.
- Hercules' Club (Maczuga Herkulesa) — the park's most famous rock and a must-see on every tour.
- Pieskowa Skała Castle and the castle courtyard — a fortress associated with King Casimir the Great; here we combine history with landscape.
- Ruins of the castle in Ojców and the Chapel "on the water" — sites that nicely close a walk full of stories about past times and local customs.
- Dark Cave (Jaskinia Ciemna) and archaeological sites — if the group is curious about prehistory, I tell the story of the discoveries and the significance of these places.
- OPN Museum with an interesting 3D exhibition — a good stop when we want to round out the narrative about nature and the valley's fauna.
I suggest several tried-and-true ideas for a company outing — of course I can tailor every plan to you:
- Short integration (2 hours): a quick walk to the valley's most beautiful points, a short field game and time for photos — ideal when you're short on time. (approximate price for a small group: 2 hrs 350 PLN).
- Classic integration trip (3–4 hours): relaxed pace, visits to Łokietek's Cave, Pieskowa Skała and Hercules' Club, a short team-building task segment in the field or a friendly history-and-nature talk. (3 hrs 450 PLN; 4 hrs 550 PLN — indicative prices for small groups up to 35 people).
- Program with transport and catering: I can help plan logistics (transfers/coach), coffee breaks or a picnic — I will happily recommend reliable options adjusted to your budget and group makeup.
For larger groups (36+ people) prices are calculated per person (from about 14 PLN/person for 2 hours upwards). Keep in mind that admission fees to some attractions (e.g. Łokietek's Cave, Ojców Castle) are paid separately — I will help with buying and settling tickets.
1) Meeting at an agreed point in Kraków (for example the Main Market Square by the Mickiewicz monument) and transfer to Ojców (about 25–40 minutes depending on traffic).
2) Enter the valley, brief warm-up, story about the formation of the Jura and a short introduction at Kraków Gate.
3) Walk to Łokietek's Cave + history and legend (tickets if applicable).
4) Walk to Hercules' Club with geology and local legend stories — time for photos.
5) Stop at Pieskowa Skała Castle — visit the courtyard, castle history (short talks and dialogue with the group).
6) Optional team-building activities (simple team tasks) or time for a snack/picnic.
7) Return via a shorter route, finish by the ruins of Ojców Castle and return to Kraków.
The program can be modified: shortened, extended or enriched with educational elements for companies and mixed groups (families with children and employees).
Approximate guide service prices (based on standard offer): for small groups (1–35 people) — 2 hrs 350 PLN, 3 hrs 450 PLN, 4 hrs 550 PLN; themed trips approx. 420 PLN for 2 hours. For groups over 36 people prices are charged per person (e.g. 14–20 PLN/person depending on duration).
Entrances to some attractions are charged separately. For example: Łokietek's Cave, Ojców Castle and entry to Pieskowa Skała's courtyard have fees — exact rates are subject to change, so before the trip I will confirm them and help buy tickets.
Comfortable headset sets (audio-guide) are also available — useful for larger groups (additional cost).
Payment for the guide service is usually possible in cash after the tour or by bank transfer — we agree this at booking. To book a date or discuss logistics (transfer, availability, catering), please contact: kontakt@zwiedzaniekrakowa.com or +48 501 962 037.
Note: in case of very bad weather the route can be adapted — often we move part of the storytelling indoors and to museums so the trip is comfortable for all participants.
A good trip is not just a list of places — it's the way a story is told. With a guide, information is woven into narratives that help participants remember more and engage more readily in the walk. Working with company groups, I use engaging elements that naturally support team bonding and conversation among participants.
As a licensed guide (since 2012) with experience leading diverse groups — from children to seniors and international delegations — I can adapt style and pace to the group's needs. If you want some serious history, it will be concrete; if you prefer fun facts and entertainment, it will be light and humorous.
I also help with practical matters: ticket reservations, transport logistics, and recommendations for break spots or catering. This way the group organizer has fewer tasks and can focus on the team.
In short: you save organizational time, get an interesting and engaging route, and a guide who will care for the group's atmosphere and safety.
- Clothing and footwear: comfortable hiking or sport shoes — parts of the route run on uneven, rocky ground. It's also worth bringing a lightweight windproof or rain jacket.
- Provisions: water and small snacks — there isn't always immediate access to shops in the field; if you like, I can help organize a picnic break or catering.
- Duration: plan 3–4 hours for a relaxed visit, photos and short stops. For company trips I often recommend a 3–4 hour duration to avoid rushing team tasks.
- Accessibility: routes can be modified for people with reduced mobility — it's possible to choose easier sections and avoid steep rock descents.
- Weather: trips usually run regardless of weather; in exceptionally bad conditions I propose program changes so most time is spent in sheltered places and museums.
- Photos: there are plenty of viewpoints! If you have a company photographer or plan a photo session, let me know in advance — I'll adjust the route and timing.
Does the price include admission tickets? - The guide fee covers guiding; tickets for caves, museums and castles are usually extra. I will help buy them and inform you of current rates before the trip.
How long is the transfer from central Kraków? - It depends on traffic, on average 25–40 minutes by car or coach. Meeting place and time are arranged individually when booking.
Does the guide speak English? - Yes, tours can be conducted in English — please mention this when booking so I can prepare the narration accordingly.
Is the trip suitable for children? - Yes. I can prepare a route and storytelling attractive for families with children, with more curiosities and educational tasks.
What if we want catering or an integration event after the trip? - I can recommend venues and catering companies and help plan timing so everything runs smoothly.
How do I book a date? - The easiest way is to write to kontakt@zwiedzaniekrakowa.com or call +48 501 962 037. After contact we will agree on the route, duration and any additional needs.
