Ojców National Park is a great spot for a one-day company outing: close to Kraków, yet a completely different world — small valleys, rock formations, caves and a castle combine nature and history, ideal for team-building, outdoor workshops and more relaxed group outings.
For companies it's a convenient alternative to typical corporate programs — fresh air and short, scenic routes combine activity with local stories and easy logistics.
If you're planning a trip for employees, consider combining the route with extra attractions (for example Pieskowa Skała Castle, Łokietek’s Cave) — this adds variety to the day and makes it easy to tailor the program to participants' expectations.
A typical route includes the most interesting points of the Prądnik Valley: Łokietek’s Cave, the Kraków Gate, the Spring of Love, the Dark Cave, the ruins of Ojców Castle, the Chapel on the Water and the famous Hercules’ Club rock.
The program often also includes Pieskowa Skała Castle with its courtyard and the Ojców National Park Museum with its nature exhibition. The route offers a pleasant mix of local history, geology and natural sights.
During the tour I tell anecdotes, short local stories and practical curiosities so that even participants less interested in history come away with memorable tales.
Below are the most commonly chosen pricing options when planning trips to Ojców National Park with guide Małgorzata Kasprowicz. Prices refer to the guiding service; entrance tickets to attractions are paid separately.
For small groups (1–35 people): 2 hours - 350 PLN, 3 hours - 450 PLN, 4 hours - 550 PLN. Each additional hour +100 PLN.
For large groups (36 people and more) the fee is charged per person: 2 hours - 14 PLN/person, 3 hours - 17 PLN/person, 4 hours - 20 PLN/person. Each additional hour +6 PLN/person.
If you need a tour in English, rates are higher: 2 hours - 450 PLN, 3 hours - 600 PLN, 4 hours - 750 PLN; for large groups: 2 hrs - 21 PLN/person, 3 hrs - 27 PLN/person, 4 hrs - 32 PLN/person.
If needed, headset sets (audio-guide) are available - 8 PLN/person, useful for large groups or noisy conditions.
Please remember that guide fees cover the service only and that entrance tickets to specific sites (e.g. Łokietek’s Cave, Ojców Castle) are payable additionally.
When budgeting, include entrance fees to individual attractions. Indicative prices are: Łokietek’s Cave - 30 PLN full / 21 PLN reduced, Ojców Castle - 22 PLN full / 11 PLN reduced.
Entrance to the Pieskowa Skała castle courtyard usually costs around 5–18 PLN per person depending on season and current museum offers.
Ticket prices can change (season, temporary exhibitions), so before the trip it's worth checking current fees or asking the guide for help purchasing group tickets.
Reservations are made by phone or email - contact number: +48 501 962 037, email: kontakt@zwiedzaniekrakowa.com. After you get in touch we agree on the route details, start time and meeting point.
The most common meeting point is Kraków’s Main Market Square (by the Adam Mickiewicz monument), but the start location is flexible — you can start directly at the Ojców parking if the group comes by coach.
For companies it's important to plan travel time (about 25–40 minutes from central Kraków depending on traffic), reserve parking for a coach and consider scheduling breaks — at cafés, on benches or in castle spaces.
0:00–0:30 - meeting at the agreed point in Ojców, short introduction and warm-up: route map, safety rules, highlights.
0:30–2:00 - walk through the Prądnik Valley: Kraków Gate, Spring of Love, Łokietek’s Cave (outdoor stories and cave entry if the group wishes and tickets are available).
2:00–3:00 - break for coffee/snacks, short team-building activities or a mini-lecture on the park’s nature (can be tailored to the company’s needs).
3:00–4:00 - Pieskowa Skała Castle, Hercules’ Club, wrap-up with a short summary and Q&A session.
This schedule is flexible — you can shorten or extend stages, add a visit to the OPN Museum or plan lunch at a local inn.
Clothing and footwear: comfortable trekking or sports shoes — some paths run over rocks and uneven trails. Check the weather forecast and advise participants to dress in layers.
Food: if you plan lunch for the group, reserve a local restaurant in advance — places fill up in high season. Alternatively, prepare picnic packs.
Accessibility: walking in the park requires moderate fitness. For groups with special needs discuss the route in advance — the guide will adjust pace and resting places.
Safety: be cautious around rocks and caves — children and minors should be supervised.
Transport: coaches have designated parking areas — agree on the pickup spot and timing (departing Kraków in the morning or afternoon is often best because of traffic).

I lead corporate groups with passion and energy — my aim is that after a day in Ojców National Park participants leave with more than nice photos: I want them to take home stories that will be shared around the office for a long time.
If you have an idea for an unusual team program (a nature workshop, a short field game, themed guiding), I’ll gladly help plan the route and logistics so everything runs smoothly and enjoyably.
